This Is Where Hope Starts

What if the person helping you off the streets had slept on those same streets? What if your mentor had once worn the same orange jumpsuit? At the Denver Dream Center, that's exactly who shows up. Every single day.

What We Do

We've Lived It. Now We Lead Others Through It.

Homelessness isn't solved with a bed. Addiction isn't cured with a pamphlet. And kids don't leave gangs because someone told them to. Change happens through relationship. Through showing up again and again. Through earning trust that's been broken a hundred times before.

That's why our team is different. Many of us have lived on these streets, struggled with addiction, or spent time behind bars. We know the path from rock bottom to solid ground—because we walked it ourselves. Now we help 50,000 people a year find their way back.

Meet Pastor B

He Saw Hope Where Everyone Else Saw Hopelessness

In 2006, Bryan Sederwall moved to Denver and started walking into places most people walk away from—gang territories, halfway houses, prison cells. For a decade, he built relationships with people everyone else had written off. Then in 2014, he founded the Denver Dream Center to take that work further. When COVID hit, we didn't slow down.

\We distributed 4 million pounds of food to over 300,000 people. Today, our team includes former clients who now dedicate their lives to helping others find the same transformation they found. Pastor B still walks those same streets. Because that's where hope is needed most.

Mistakes don't define us. They can be defining moments that lead to a new life.

Our Mission

What We're Here to Do

We connect broken people to a community of support by providing free resources and services that address immediate and long-term needs in the areas of homelessness, hunger, poverty, addiction, abuse, education, and assisting those transitioning from various levels of incarceration.

We believe in the transformative power of hope for individuals, communities, and us all. We are a community of resilient people whose lives have been redeemed by God's love, who share that love with others to transform and restore broken lives to wholeness.

Voices From the Community

Why Denver Believes in the Dream Center

“Lovely community”

I've seen a lot of organizations talk about changing lives. The Dream Center actually does it—because their team has walked the same roads as the people they serve. That's not something you can fake.

“We love DDC”

Public safety isn't just about law enforcement. It's about prevention, intervention, and giving people a real path forward. The Denver Dream Center is one of our most critical partners in that work.
