THRIVE Re-Entry

Getting out of prison is just the beginning. The real challenge is building a life on the other side—finding work, reconnecting with family, and becoming someone you never thought you could be. THRIVE walks with men and women through all of it.

About THRIVE

Most people who leave prison want to do things differently. But wanting isn't enough when every door keeps closing in your face. Can't get a job without an address. Can't get an address without a job. Can't rebuild family relationships when you don't know where to start. Can't stay sober when everyone around you is using.

THRIVE exists because we know how hard re-entry is—and because we know it's possible to make it through. Our re-entry ministry is designed to encourage and assist men and women as they integrate back into life after incarceration. We don't just hand out resources. We come alongside people and walk with them through the process.

  1. One-on-one support for men and women transitioning out of incarceration
  2. Job placement assistance and employment connections
  3. Help reestablishing family relationships and building positive support systems
  4. Connection to healthcare, housing, and other critical services

How to Get Involved

Re-entry is a long road, and the people walking it need more than a one-time handout. They need consistent support from people who won't disappear when things get hard. Volunteers in THRIVE serve as mentors, job coaches, and advocates. You might help someone prepare for an interview, navigate a benefits application, or simply be a consistent presence in a life that hasn't had many.

We also need employers willing to give second chances. If your business can offer a job to someone with a record, you're not just providing a paycheck—you're providing proof that a new life is possible. Volunteer With THRIVE

What We Do

THRIVE provides wrap-around support for men and women leaving incarceration. That means we help with whatever needs helping—not just the easy stuff. Our services include:

  • Job readiness training and placement assistance
  • Help reconnecting with family members and rebuilding relationships
  • Connection to housing, healthcare, and mental health services
  • Bible studies, faith-based etiquette classes, and character development
  • Volunteer opportunities that open doors for God to work in and through participants

We've designed THRIVE to help people succeed in places they might have failed before—while also teaching them about the love of God. The goal isn't just survival. It's transformation. We want every person who comes through THRIVE to build a life they're proud of.
